The Chase Tone Golden Scripture Wah is a wah pedal that gathers three vintage wah voicings in one enclosure. Chase Tone describes it as "Three iconic wahs under one foot," covering the 1967-68 Vox Clyde McCoy Script wah, the 1967-68 Vox Clyde McCoy Picture Wah, and the 1969 Top Logo Crybaby1. For a player, that means the sounds of three separate vintage pedals reachable from a single board, without hunting down originals from what the maker calls "the elusive era."
What it does
The pedal's premise is simple: instead of choosing between a Script wah, a Picture Wah, or an early Crybaby, the Golden Scripture Wah offers all three voicings in one unit. Chase Tone's product page frames it as "The elusive era 1967-68 Vox Clyde McCoy Script and Picture Wahs, and 1969 Top Logo Cry"1. Those three circuits sit at the heart of the vintage wah story, and each has a distinct character that players of the era prized.
Availability
The Golden Scripture Wah is not yet generally available. Chase Tone's page asks players to "Get on the Official Wait List to secure your Golden Scripture"1, so anyone interested joins a list rather than buying from stock.
As of 26 October 2026, the Golden Scripture Wah is on a wait list and has not opened for general sale1.

Questions
What wah voicings does the Chase Tone Golden Scripture Wah cover?
Chase Tone describes the Golden Scripture Wah as three wahs under one foot: the elusive 1967-68 Vox Clyde McCoy Script wah, the 1967-68 Vox Clyde McCoy Picture Wah, and the 1969 Top Logo Crybaby. That gives a player three classic wah voicings in a single pedal rather than three separate vintage units.
Can I buy the Golden Scripture Wah right now?
As of late October 2026, Chase Tone lists the Golden Scripture Wah on a wait list rather than as generally available. The maker's product page directs players to get on the official wait list to secure one, so availability is limited until Chase Tone opens general sales.
