The JColoccia id Custom Overdrive is an overdrive effects pedal made by JColoccia, a builder known for small-batch pedals such as the JColoccia Big Cannoli and the JColoccia Id. As an overdrive pedal, it sits in the same broad family of gain pedals as distortion pedals and fuzz pedals, pushing the signal into a warmer, more compressed region of breakup rather than the harder clipping of those neighbors.1
