The Origin Effects Deluxe 61 Tremolo & Drive is a tremolo and drive pedal that recreates an entire vintage amp circuit rather than just the effect itself. Instead of isolating the tremolo from the amplifier that produced it, the pedal models the amp around it, so the tremolo and the drive stage interact the way they would in the original design1.
The circuit is based on a coveted early-'60s Fender brownface design. It combines true bias tremolo, the style of tremolo that modulates the amp's bias and produces the deep, pulsing sweep of vintage tube amps, with an authentic analog drive stage. That drive section is complete with a push-pull output section and a reactive load, the parts of the amp circuit that shape how the drive responds to the guitar1.

For a player, the appeal is having the tremolo and the amp's breakup in one box, wired as they were in the original circuit, rather than pairing a standalone tremolo with a separate overdrive. The Deluxe 61 carries a list price of $357.00 USD1.
If you are comparing it with other ways of getting this effect, the Tremolo Pedals page covers the wider field, and Origin Effects' earlier name for this circuit is covered on the Origin Effects RevivalTrem page, with the current version on the Origin Effects DELUXE61 page.
