pedalboard

Sources use the term to describe the place where pedals live and are combined, with effects described as being worth a spot on one or added to it¹,². Pedals are often described as pedalboard-friendly when they come in compact housings or form factors that save space on a board³,⁴,⁵. Accessories can expand a pedalboard's range without changing what already works, or bring its parts together without a big loop switcher⁶,⁷.
