What changed from V1 to V2
The V2 Compact Edition keeps the FoxCatcher's BluesBreaker-type overdrive but drops the Boost section that made the V1 a 2-in-1 pedal2. In its place come two 3-way switches that set the pedal's character:

Guitar Pedal X reported the V2 Compact Edition "on pre-order now - with shipping commencing at the end of the month as far as I understand!" at the time of the October 2025 announcement, "currently priced at a slightly discounted level for launch on the CopperSound Webstore" at $229, down from $2491. The V1, meanwhile, was marked "Unfortunately this is sold out." on CopperSound's product page, with a B Stock variant listed showing "Only 2 available"2.
