The Fuzz Gate and Compression knobs are designed to work together: as compression is turned up, the velcro-like gating of the fuzz becomes more intense, which is where much of the pedal's character sits. The Low Pass control shapes how much top end gets through, from a dark, rolled-off fuzz to a fully open, cutting tone.1
