Details: The TOD-9 True Tube Overdrive is unarguably the most tube-amp sounding overdrive on the market – due in no small part to the fact that is has a vacuum tube inside! Based around a Subminiature Mil-spec tube running at 30 VDC, the TOD-9 uses a unique “pre-tube” circuit configuration that cascades the tube output into a solid-state distortion circuit. The result is a warm yet powerful guitar tone that is incredibly interactive with the player’s performance, much like a hard-working tube-amp. Featuring Drive, Tone, Level and Tube controls, the TOD-9 allows the user to tailor the tone from a subtle overdrive boost to fully saturated sonic glory. Mechanical true bypass switching allows for clean, unaltered guitar tone in bypass.
