The Mosky Magnetic Delay is a delay and echo pedal from Mosky, the maker behind a wide range of compact, budget-priced effects. Mosky lists it under its Hand-Built Effect Pedals line, and describes its function simply as "DELAY ECHO": it repeats the notes you play, from a single slapback-style echo to longer, trailing repeats, in the way any delay pedal does.1
Size and weight
The Magnetic Delay follows the compact enclosure format Mosky uses across its pedal range. The maker lists its dimensions as 115 x 65 x 36 mm and its weight as 300g, which puts it among the small-footprint pedals that suit a crowded board or a spare spot on a larger one.1
Where it sits in Mosky's delay range
Mosky makes several delay pedals besides the Magnetic Delay, and players comparing them may also come across the Mosky SPINDRIFT, the SUPER DELAY and the Mosky Blue Delay. All are delay-type effects from the same maker, each with its own feature set.1
