The VFE Pedals Enterprise Phaser is a phaser pedal with two selectable modes and a wide-ranging Speed control. Writing on Pedal of the Day in August 2015, reviewer Mike B called the version he reviewed "just phenomenal, and takes the premise of a phaser pedal to a level where no man has gone before."1
Name and status
The pedal no longer exists under the Enterprise name. Pedal of the Day reported in 2015 that, "to avoid any legal entanglements with a certain BOLD television show, it is now known as the Tractor Beam Phaser."1
If you are looking for this pedal secondhand or on a retailer's site, it may be listed under its later name, the Tractor Beam Phaser.1
Modes and controls
The Enterprise Phaser gives the player two modes, selected with a toggle switch1:
- P: a synced sweep
- V: a vibe-like tone, with added modulation1
The Speed knob controls the overall speed of the phaser. Pedal of the Day described it as running "from super-slow to fast-as-can-be," with a wide range of pulse and throb.1

The only published review in this record is Pedal of the Day's 2015 write-up by Mike B, who judged the pedal "phenomenal" and said it "takes the premise of a phaser pedal to a level where no man has gone before."1
