It sits in the wider field of reverb pedals as a small, preset-capable stereo unit.
What it does
The Cortado offers four reverb programs, selectable on the pedal1:
| Mode | What it is |
|---|---|
| Spring | Spring-style reverb |
| Tremoloverb | Reverb combined with tremolo movement |
| Hall | Hall-style reverb |
| Octave | Reverb with octave content |
The three onboard presets let a player store and recall settings rather than dial in a sound from scratch each time1. Guitar Pedal X, listing it among its 2023 time-based effects picks, described it as a "Really neat 4-mode Stereo Reverb with 3 Presets onboard"1.
