The Keeley Electronics Cosmic Country Phaser is a stompbox phaser made with Nashville guitarist Daniel Donato, and the first release in the company's Artist Series. It offers three operating modes with two, four or six stages of phasing, so players can set the intensity of the sweep to their own taste. The pedal began shipping on December 22, 2020, at a launch price of $1791.

Keeley Electronics joined forces with Daniel Donato for the first offering of its Artist Series, and the pedal's look reflects the collaboration: it is adorned with psychedelic-style artwork similar to that associated with Donato1. A phaser works by sweeping peaks and valleys through a guitar's frequency range, and the Cosmic Country Phaser lets the player choose how many stages of phasing are in play, which changes how pronounced that sweep is1.
The controls: depth, rate, feedback and level
Four control knobs sit on the pedal's face: Depth, Rate, Feedback and Level1.

The Depth and Rate knobs together set the character of the basic sweep: how far the effect reaches into the signal and how quickly it moves. Feedback adds resonance to the sweep, and Level balances the effect against the rest of a board1.
