The N-Audio Firesound V3 is an overdrive guitar effects pedal from N-Audio, a builder whose pedals are handmade in Bulgaria. It offers three voices in one box: a standard overdrive mode, a boost mode, and a FET overdrive mode, along with a mid switch that shapes the pedal's midrange character.1
What it does
The pedal's three modes give a player three gain levels from one enclosure. On That Pedal Show, the hosts ran through them in turn: "so this is the overdrive mode this is the boost up mode ... and this is the fat overdrive mode".1
The FET overdrive mode is the third voice, and it works by bringing a field effect transistor into the circuit. As the hosts put it, "the FET brings in Fe T field effect transistor if brings in some more girth", so the fat mode is the one to reach for when a sound needs more body than the standard overdrive or the boost provides.1
The mid switch
The mid switch is the pedal's tone-shaping control, and it changes how the midrange sits in the overdrive. The That Pedal Show hosts heard a clear mid emphasis in the pedal and connected it directly to that switch1:
"it's got a hunk yeah right it's got a really nice hunk and I guess that's what that mid-position sure switch is all"1

In practice, that means a player can tailor the mid hump rather than being stuck with one fixed voicing, which is what separates the Firesound from a single-voice overdrive1.
Where it came from
The Firesound V3 was demonstrated on That Pedal Show in a video published on 7 April 2020, in which the hosts ran through the features of the pedal alongside a J Rockett Analog Preamp Experiment and an EarthQuaker Devices Afterneath V3 reverb, then jammed over a backing track.1
The details on this page come from that demonstration. N-Audio's own specifications for the pedal, including its power requirements and bypass type, are not covered there.

Questions
What are the three modes on the N-Audio Firesound V3?
On That Pedal Show, the hosts ran through three voices: a standard overdrive mode, a boost mode, and a fat overdrive mode that uses a FET, a field effect transistor, to bring in more girth. The mid switch on the pedal shapes the midrange character, and the hosts heard a pronounced mid hump there that can be tailored with that switch.
Where is the N-Audio Firesound V3 made?
On That Pedal Show, the hosts described the Firesound V3 as handmade in Bulgaria. N-Audio is a Bulgarian builder, and the handmade construction came up as part of the demo of the pedal alongside its three modes and mid switch.
