Grace Design was founded by brothers Michael and Eben Grace in the early 1990s, and it remains a family owned and operated company¹. The BiX is the most pedalboard oriented of the three: Grace Design describes it as pedalboard friendly, with a 9V DC power input and a compact, rugged low-profile chassis⁶. That 9V DC input means it runs from a standard pedalboard power supply rather than needing its own supply.

Warranty and support

Grace Design's warranty structure is unusual among pedal makers. The company offers what it calls the EON 20 year warranty on most analog only models, and a standard 5 year warranty on everything else¹.
