Caline CP-97 Recluse Boost

The Caline CP-97 Recluse Boost is a compact clean boost pedal: it raises the level of your signal without adding drive or changing your dry tone. What it does

The Recluse Boost covers a wide range for a boost pedal. Pedal of the Day measured its sweep at 2dB on the low end, rising to +20dB at the top, which the reviewer calls "wicked boost, for gorgeous tone-shaping abilities."¹ At the bottom of the range it works as a subtle level lift or tone shaper; turned up, it has enough headroom to push the front end of an amp, and the reviewer found it stayed clean while doing so.¹

Because it is true bypass, the pedal takes itself fully out of the chain when off, which the reviewer says keeps your original tone intact at any setting.¹
