The JET Pedals Micro HX is a compact three-button MIDI controller made by JET Pedals and designed specifically for the Line 6 HX Stomp. Where the Stomp's own three footswitches can only do so much at once, the Micro HX opens up the rest of the unit: it puts the Stomp's deeper functions under your feet, so you can run presets, snapshots and block control without bending down to touch the screen.1
What it does
JET Pedals describes the Micro HX as a way to "completely unlock the HX Stomp." With it connected, you get immediate access to bypassing individual blocks, toggling effect parameters up and down, and assigning multiple blocks and effect parameters to a single button. That last one matters on a small board: one switch can do the work of several, turning on a group of changes at once.1
It also covers the Stomp's performance functions. You can scroll through presets, activate snapshots, set tap tempo, and call up the built-in tuner and looper, all from the three buttons.1
Power
The Micro HX runs on 9V DC, center negative, and draws 100mA.1
At 100mA, the Micro HX needs a power supply output that can deliver that current. A low-current output on a daisy chain or a small shared supply may not be sufficient.

Questions
What is the JET Pedals Micro HX?
It is a compact three-button MIDI controller made by JET Pedals and designed specifically for the Line 6 HX Stomp. It gives you footswitch access to functions the Stomp's three built-in switches cannot reach on their own, such as bypassing blocks, toggling effect parameters, scrolling presets, activating snapshots, tap tempo, and using the built-in tuner and looper.
How is the Micro HX powered?
It runs on 9V DC, center negative, and draws 100mA of current. That is more than some small pedals take, so a standard low-current output on a shared power supply may not be enough; a supply output rated for at least 100mA is the safe choice.
