The JHS NOTADÜMBLË Dual Channel V2 is a DIY pedal kit from JHS Pedals: a dual channel overdrive with a clean/boost channel that you build yourself at home. It is the corrected second edition of the original NOTADÜMBLË kit, and Guitar Pedal X framed the release as JHS "corrects its DIY NOTADÜMBLË fumble with an improved Dual Channel V2 edition"1. The kit ships with a PT2 and a launch video included1.
What it does
The V2 is a two-channel design: one side is a clean/boost channel and the other is the overdrive. The headline change from the original is the boost circuit. Guitar Pedal X reports that the Dual Channel V2 "replaces the original's incorrect BBC-1 Clean/Boost Channel with the 'A Box Later'" circuit1, so the boost side is now based on the circuit JHS intended in the first place.
The original NOTADÜMBLË, launched in May 2025, was "a solderless DIY kit with two circuits" according to Paolo De Gregorio at Delicious Audio3. Pedal of the Day's review noted a limitation of that first design: "It features two channels, but the original design only allowed the user to switch one on at any given time"4. The V2 addresses this with two footswitches, so both channels can be used together, and an order switch on the front edge that lets you choose which channel comes first in the signal path1.
