The Sonisfact VOS-82 Overdrive Station is a dual-voiced overdrive with a 6-band graphic EQ, a clean blend via its Clean Volume control and a HIT Boost, made by Sonisfact. Guitar Pedal X listed the pedal at 6,990 Baht, which the writer gave as $210, and described its core voicing as BluesBreaker, with the Blues Driver attribution left unconfirmed: "with core voicing I believe to be BluesBreaker, and most likely Blues Driver - albeit I'm not 100% on the latter"1.

What it does

The VOS-82 puts two overdrive voicings in one box, each with its own Drive and Volume controls, alongside a parallel clean signal with its own Clean Volume. A Pre/Post EQ switch decides whether the 6-band graphic EQ shapes the drive section or the whole pedal, and the HIT Boost runs on its own footswitch with its own level control, so boost and overdrive can be engaged separately. Guitar Pedal X's Stefan Karlsson described the formula as: "VOS models combine dual voicings, 6-band EQ, clean blend, Pre/Post EQ and HIT Boost."1

The Mode switch selects between two voicings, which Karlsson listed as "Wide BluesBreaker / Thick Blues Driver?" He was straightforward about his confidence: "with core voicing I believe to be BluesBreaker, and most likely Blues Driver - albeit I'm not 100% on the latter." In other words, the BluesBreaker-style side is his read of the circuit, and the Blues Driver attribution is a likely guess rather than a confirmed fact. Players comparing this kind of voicing against the more familiar Tube Screamer format can see how the two differ in Boss SD-1 vs Ibanez TS9 Tube Screamer, and the wider field is covered on Overdrive Pedals1.

The clean blend is the control that sets this format apart from a standard two-knob overdrive: keeping Clean Volume in the mix preserves low-end and attack under higher Drive settings, and the graphic EQ gives more tone shaping than the usual single tone control. The VOS-82 sits alongside the Sonisfact VOS-80 Overdrive Station and Sonisfact VOS-81 Overdrive Station in the same launch range, each with the same dual-voicing, EQ and boost formula but different voicing pairs1.

Questions

What is the Sonisfact VOS-82 Overdrive Station?

It is a dual-voiced overdrive pedal from Sonisfact, a Hong Kong brand. Each side of the pedal carries its own voicing, and the pedal adds a 6-band graphic EQ, a clean blend so you can mix in your unaffected signal, a Pre/Post EQ switch and a HIT Boost with its own footswitch and level control. Guitar Pedal X reported the range at launch in June 2026.

How much does the VOS-82 cost?

Guitar Pedal X listed the VOS-82 at 6,990 Baht, which the writer gave as $210, sold through Thai and Taiwanese dealers as of the June 2026 launch report. No US dealer price was given in that report.

What voicings does the VOS-82 have?

The Mode switch selects between what Guitar Pedal X's Stefan Karlsson described as Wide BluesBreaker and Thick Blues Driver voicings. He was confident on the BluesBreaker side but wrote that he was not fully certain of the Blues Driver attribution, so treat that second voicing as likely rather than confirmed.
