The 2025 pedalboard
As of January 2025, Haruhata's pedalboard carried six effects pedals1:
| Pedal | Maker |
|---|---|
| OVERDRIVELAND ODL-1 | Free The Tone |
| SILKY GROOVE | Free The Tone |
| Looking Glass | DOD |
| Super Lead Overdrive | Soldano |
| Mobius | Strymon |
| BigSky | Strymon |
The Free The Tone units cover overdrive duties, with the ODL-1 and SILKY GROOVE joined by the DOD Looking Glass and the Soldano Super Lead Overdrive. The two Strymon pedals handle modulation and reverb: the Mobius is a multi-effects modulation pedal and the BigSky a reverb pedal1.
The 2022 pedalboard and control system
A December 2022 entry on the same artist page describes an earlier board. At its right edge sat the Free The Tone EFS-3, an expansion footswitch for the company's ARC-4 controller, with a tc electronic PolyTune tuner above it1.
The ARC-4 served as the board's central controller.
The ARC-4 controlled the effects loop on/off, latch control on/off, control of MIDI devices via MIDI signals, and output selection, all from one unit. The MUTE switch was at that time assigned to the ARC-4's boost on/off function1.
The 2022 touring rig
For the "TUBE LIVE AROUND SPECIAL 2022 Reunion" shows in November 2022, Haruhata's rig included the Free The Tone PA-1QA preamp, whose programs were switched by the MIDI functions of the Free The Tone ARC-31.
The 2026 tour rig
In June 2026, Free The Tone's artist page reported that Haruhata's current tour uses the Fender Tone Master PRO, with a line system sending his guitar signal to the PA.
