Beetronics launches Hazee Modulated Digital Delay, first Pollinator Series pedal

Beetronics released the Pollinator Hazee Delay, the first model in its Pollinator Series, Guitar Pedal X reported on January 22, 2026¹. The pedal is an eight-mode digital delay whose repeats are shaped by a filter or a tremolo, depending on the selected mode²¹.

The maker describes the signal path as modulation before delay. "The signal is modulated first, by a filter or tremolo, and then delayed. That means the repeats are actually copies of a moving, modulated sound"². The eight modes combine filter or tremolo with forward or reverse repeats, at standard pitch or an octave up¹:

Modes 2 and 7 are the Queen Bee modes. In these, the maker says, "the delay buffer is read twice as fast as it's recorded, creating octave-up repeats with strange, musical rhythms," and turning the Delay Time knob past halfway blends the original signal with the octave layer². Controls are Time, Feedback, Mix, Modulation and the Mode selector¹³. There is no tap tempo; the maker says the pedal is not intended as a "perfectly in time" delay². Guitar Pedal X reports no delay-time range is given¹. The pedal is mono¹³.

Guitar Pedal X lists the Hazee at $249 on the Beetronics webstore, against $299 for the Analog Bee Bee Dee¹. Beetronics' own product pages list the Custom Shop PL023 version and a Limited Edition Neon Fade version, both marked sold out²⁴. The maker says more Pollinator pedals are planned: "More bees are already pollinating at our hive, just wait"².
