Crazy Tube Circuits announces Orama analog dual-drive pedal

Crazy Tube Circuits announced the Orama on December 9, 2025, an all-analog dual pedal that combines an amp-style drive on the left with a fuzz on the right12. The maker describes it as "Amp-in-a-box / Fuzz" and says the name is Greek for vision12.
The AMP section is a JFET circuit that the maker says takes direct inspiration from a British amplifier of the late 1960s and early 1970s1. Gearnews identifies that amplifier as the Orange OR1202. The circuit runs on 34 V DC, raised from an incoming 9 V DC supply by an internal voltage boost1. Controls are gain, F.A.T. (Fatness Adjustment Tweak), Hz (bass), kHz (treble), H.F.D. (High Frequency Dynamics) and master23. The maker says the F.A.T. control operates in the mirrored direction of the original amp's circuit1.
The FUZZ section is driven by power amplifier ICs rather than transistor or diode clipping stages, and the maker says it takes inspiration from a landmark design from the early boutique pedal era of the 90s1. Gearnews and Guitar Pedal X both name the Frantone Peachfuzz as the design it draws from, with Gearnews calling that "speculated"23. Controls are fuzz, tone and volume, plus a RAW/BURN toggle: RAW is described as tighter and lower-gain, BURN as higher gain with more sustain and low end23.
Each section has its own footswitch and status LED, with click-less true bypass via relays, top-mounted jacks and a passive series effects loop between the sections23. Guitar Pedal X gives dimensions of 120 x 97 x 49 mm and a weight of 423 g, and says the pedal draws 82 mA from a 9 V DC supply, center negative, not included3. The maker states that stacking both sections or using either at extreme settings can cause low-end buildup and sagging fuzz or blocking distortion1.
"Orama (Greek for vision) is our vision in gain, uniting the unmistakable growl of classic British amplification with the thick, unrelenting saturation of a thundering fuzz."
00 with availability of ships in 5-6 days1. Gearnews gives a price of $283 and Guitar Pedal X gives $305, both described as equivalents or conversions rather than a US list price23. Guitar Pedal X reports the pedal is designed and hand-built in Athens, Greece3.
