The Keeley RK2000 Funk Siren Delay was officially released on April 20, 2026, after weeks of teasing, according to Guitar Pedal X¹. Two Custom Shop PGH editions in Glow White or Black had been available before the Standard Edition¹.

The pedal is a recreation of the 1983 Ibanez/Maxon DM2000 rack delay in pedal form¹². Guitar Pedal X describes it as a "Freeze-Hold Delay Pedal" with "16Bit architecture and tape-style modulation"¹. Gearnews describes the original rack unit as 12-bit and says Keeley has replicated it, so it expects "a grainy, lo-fi-ish sound"². The two accounts differ on bit depth.

Controls are Blend/Wet-Mix, Feedback/Repeats, HPF | FILTER | LPF, Modulation Depth, Input Level, Time and Modulation Rate, with a Ø/SUB push button and a MOD push button¹. Time settings are listed as 1ms, 50ms, 300ms, 750ms and 1023ms, with subdivisions of quarter, eighth, dotted eighth, triplets and sixteenth¹. A left footswitch handles Delay/Tap and presets 1 to 4¹, and a right footswitch handles Hold/Clear¹. Keeley Electronics lists selectable Normal and Ping-Pong stereo modes, selectable true or buffered bypass, top-mounted jacks and soft touch relay switching, and says the pedal is made in Oklahoma, USA and draws about 150mA from a 9V DC supply¹.

Gearnews reports that the pedal was developed with input from Trey Anastasio's guitar tech, Justin Stabler². Pedal of the Day reports an Exp/MIDI TRS jack for recalling any of 127 presets and syncing to an external MIDI clock³; Guitar Pedal X lists MIDI compatibility with 72 presets¹.

Pricing is reported differently. Guitar Pedal X gives $369 for the Standard Edition and the Custom Shop editions, or $420 with a remote footswitch¹. Gearnews gives $395².
