KMA Machines announced the Chief Disruptor Bloodstone, a limited edition of its fuzz/distortion pedal, on July 16, 2026. The edition is capped at 100 pieces and keeps the original circuit, with a custom black finish and red highlights¹².

The pedal is a Big Muff-style fuzz/distortion with a stacked topology and three gain structures: Vintage, Tight and Heavy¹². Controls include active Bass and Treble EQ, a separate Mid EQ with its own footswitch and frequency control, a Top Boost, a Clean Blend that can run pre or post EQ, Master Volume (Level) and Disruption (Gain)¹². Internal controls set Mid Q and Top Boost level, and an external expression control allows filter or pseudo-phase tones¹². KMA lists true bypass with relay-based soft-switching, and says the pedal is equally at home on guitar, bass or other instruments¹.

KMA says the original Chief Disruptor was released four years ago¹. Guitar Pedal X describes the Bloodstone as having "the exact same insides as the original Chief Disruptor"².

KMA says the pedal is also being sold at a special price for a limited time but gives no figure¹. Guitar Pedal X lists a price of $219². The Bloodstone is sold direct from the KMA webstore¹².
