KMA Machines releases Geminus stand-alone double tracker

KMA Machines released the Geminus, a stand-alone stereo double tracker, on May 6, 2025, according to Guitar Pedal X¹. The pedal takes the double tracker section of the Endgame Duality Calibrator and puts it in its own enclosure¹². Gearnews reports that the doubling is generated through what it describes as AI-powered technology in the pedal, which it says produces a copy of the input for clean, crunch, distorted or synthesizer signals². Until now that technology was only available in the Endgame, according to Gearnews².

The Geminus has five controls. Width sets the stereo field, with the signal fully mono at the counterclockwise end¹². Time sets the delay of the doubled signal; Guitar Pedal X states that optimal double tracking typically occurs between 10 and circa 40ms¹. Level sets the doubler mix, from single to fully doubled, and at maximum is the same volume as the original signal¹². A three-way Pitch switch adds modulation, described by Guitar Pedal X as some pitch modulation up, off in the middle and maximum wobble down¹; Gearnews describes it as subtle or less subtle pitch modulation for a slight chorus effect². Mode selects the routing¹²:

The input and output are TRS jacks, allowing stereo or mono connections¹². Guitar Pedal X lists switchable true or buffered bypass, relay-based soft switching, 32-bit internal processing and top-mounted jacks¹. Power comes from an optional 9 V DC supply drawing about 100 mA, not included¹.

The two reports give different US prices. Guitar Pedal X lists the Geminus at $269¹. Gearnews lists $216.00². Guitar Pedal X reports availability from the KMA Machines webstore and at dealers¹.
