Kernom MOHO Magmatic Fuzz Station set for July 2023 release
July 1, 2023 · 2 sources

Kernom announced the MOHO Magmatic Fuzz Station at NAMM 2023, according to Guitar World, which reported the announcement on April 14, 20231. The pedal is billed as the first augmented analog fuzz in the world1.
The MOHO lets players shape the sound using the Mood control, as on Kernom's earlier Ridge Augmented Analog Overdrive, and adds an Electricity knob that the maker says spans "octaves to strange harmonics with ring modulation"1. Post Tone and Pre Tone controls adjust the pedal's EQ response1. Other features include one footswitchable preset, 128 MIDI presets and an expression input1. Kernom says the tonally analog MOHO sounds the same whatever the temperature and can go anywhere in the signal chain1.
