Pedal Pawn has announced the Pedal Pawn Freaky Fuzz, a three-silicon-transistor fuzz pedal handcrafted in the UK, reported by Delicious Audio on June 2, 2026¹. 00 GBP².

The pedal uses what Pedal Pawn calls a "unique three silicon transistor design," which the maker says delivers "huge output, aggressive saturation and amp-pushing power while still keeping notes tight, fat and articulate"². Pedal Pawn says rolling the guitar volume back turns the pedal into "a woody plexi-style pushed amp tone full of late-night psychedelic character and expressive dynamics"². Delicious Audio describes the circuit as "like a mutant child with DNA from both the Fuzz Face and the Tone Bender," and calls it "Inspired by vintage fuzz circuits but an original design"¹.

Guitar Pedal X, reviewing the pedal on June 19, 2026, lists the controls as "Level, Fuzz, Tone"³. The reviewer writes that with the Fuzz dial all the way back "you end up with a really bright sort of harmonic overdrive," and that turning it up makes the output "more progressively textured and compressed"³. The review says the pedal is "more textured than your typical Tone Bender, a little more ragged - but with a similar gain-range," and notes a noise floor when the Fuzz dial is above 3 o'clock and the guitar volume is rolled back³. Guitar Pedal X also states that two of the transistors share a reference and the third is slightly different, without naming the parts³.

Pedal Pawn lists a standard 9V power input, true bypass switching, a tone control for "clarity, bite and low-end response," and a psychedelic-inspired finish². The maker's page states that orders may take up to 4-6 weeks for dispatch due to high demand, and that VAT is included for UK customers while orders outside the UK may incur local import duties or taxes². Guitar Pedal X writes that the first batch is believed sold out and that preorders for the next batch are open³.
