Pigtronix announced and released the Cosmosis on September 26, 2023, a stereo ambient reverb pedal the maker describes as "a pedal years in the making"¹². The company had teased the date in advance, posting "Next Tuesday 9.26.2023"¹².

The pedal offers three reverb algorithms, which Pigtronix calls spaces. Theater "puts the player in a variable room that ranges from cozy to highly reflective using multiple parallel short reverberators"; Temple "occupies a dramatic, large indoor space by implementing numerous long reflections in both parallel and series"; and Cosmos "creates an enormous spectrum of heavenly reverb derived from the harmonic content it's fed"¹³. Controls cover the size of the reverb, wet/dry blend and filtering¹³.

A Morph function lets players move between two different reverb settings in real time, which Pigtronix describes as a way to trigger a gradual change across various reverb parameters over a specified amount of time¹³. The pedal stores up to four custom presets, including morphing, and runs on standard 9VDC power¹³.

The Cosmosis is listed at $219 and was announced as available¹³. Pigtronix's site lists the pedal among its reverb pedals³.
