MXR Duke of Tone listing leaks at Sweetwater with $149.99 price

A Sweetwater listing for the MXR Duke of Tone overdrive appeared and was then pulled, according to Gearnews, which reported that the dealer "state[s] that it is due out at the end of August with an MSRP of $149.99"1. The listing carried an image of the pedal and its pricing1.
The pedal is a collaboration with Analog Man, the report said, and its circuit "looks to be very similar to the Analogman Prince of Tone and King of Tone V4 circuits"1. Gearnews described a mini-format unit with a three-position mini-toggle labeled OD, Boost and Dist, controls for Volume, Drive and Tone, and a single footswitch1. The report said it expected external 9V power given the size1.
Gearnews noted that the twin overdrive Analog Man King of Tone V4 has a waiting list "getting on for nearly 4 years," and that the single-sided Prince of Tone is a faster route to one side of that circuit1. It presumed the Duke would be another collaboration in the manner of MXR's Timmy overdrive pedal1.
Gearnews later added an update to the same page stating the pedal was official, with "a release set for 1 October 2022"1. That update did not restate the price.
