JHS Pedals and Jack White's Third Man Hardware released the Troika Delay on November 12, 2025, a delay designed for microphones and instruments¹². The standard black version is priced at $349, and a yellow version exclusive to Reverb is priced at $369¹².

The unit has both XLR and 1/4-inch inputs and outputs, with a Lundahl transformer on the mic input and a secondary output transformer¹³. Guitar Pedal X describes it as a digital delay with mic preamp and balanced XLR output⁴. The mic preamp gain is adjustable from +20dB to +80dB, and delay time runs from 80ms to 1000ms⁴⁵. Internal switches select mic or instrument input and turn trails on or off⁴. Pedal of the Day reports the unit passes +48V of phantom power but does not provide it³.

Three sliders control Repeats, Volume and Distance, laid out like a mini mixing console, with the bypass switch above them¹⁵. Guitar World reports the sliders move up and down rather than side to side so White can change settings with his feet, and that a Mic Gain mini dial sits on the side². Outputs are Echo and Dry/Wet⁴².

Guitar World reports the Troika is inspired by a rare Honda Sound Works Fab Delay that White sourced online, and that it was used on his album No Name². Third Man Records' description says the pedal was built to address problems White had using delay on his voice¹³.

Guitar Pedal X questioned the marketing, arguing the Troika is promoted as a general delay pedal in competition with Black Mountain's three-control Roto Echo, and wrote that the yellow limited editions were sold out by the time of its November 14 article⁴. Guitar.com and Guitar World, both published November 12, reported both versions as available¹².
