TWA schedules Wahsabi treadle filter for June 15 2026 release

Godlyke Distributing has listed the TWA Wahsabi as a pre-order with a June 15 2026 release date, according to the product page. The page shows the item as sold out; no US list price is given.

The Wahsabi is a treadle pedal that, in the maker's description, "takes the brash, beefy, bombastic band-pass filter of the legendary TWA Triskelion and serves it up in a treadle-operated chassis." Godlyke says it is intended for the mid-heavy, focused guitar tones of 1970s classic rock, naming Boston, UFO, Aerosmith and Kiss.

The maker states that, unlike a traditional wah, the pedal controls both the center frequency and the degree to which that frequency is emphasized. Godlyke also claims more than 45 dB of clean gain, and lists uses as a standard wah, a solo booster, a wah/booster or a resonant feedback generator. A jack for an external momentary switch allows switching the effect in without changing the frequency set by the treadle, the maker says.

The same page attributes the lead time to supply problems: "Our current extremely long lead time is due to parts shortages, shipping delays, and general pandemic-related mayhem." Godlyke directs questions to info@godlyke.com. The Wahsabi sits alongside the site's filter and wah categories.
