Universal Audio announced the UAFX Knuckles '92 Dual Rec Amplifier on October 22, 2024, a stompbox designed to emulate the Mesa/Boogie "Rev F" Dual Rectifier¹. The pedal is priced at $399 and is now available from Universal Audio partners and distributors¹.

The pedal offers the original amp's green, orange, and red channel voicings, selected by a three-way switch, along with six classic microphone and cabinet configurations and a dynamic room simulation¹. It also includes a Tube Screamer-style overdrive and boost and a noise gate¹. A middle switch moves between amp, alternative and store modes for changing and storing presets, and a right-hand switch selects among three cabinets: UK V30, a 4x12 British cab with V30s; CA V30, a 4x12 oversized American cab with V30s; and White 75, a 4x12 British cab with Celestion 75s².

Through the UAFX Control app, connected over USB-C, players can switch between emulations of EL34 and 6L6 power tubes and between solid-state and tube rectifiers, download artist presets and save settings¹². The app also adds three further cabinets (1x12 EV12, 4x12 Celestion 80s and 4x12 Brown) and a 4-cable mode that bypasses an amp's preamp when the pedal is engaged¹². Universal Audio describes the pedal as built on its "powerful dual-engine processing and world-class UAD modeling"¹.

The two reports give different prices: Guitar World lists $399¹, while Gearnews lists 429 euros at Thomann and a separate figure of $299.00². The Knuckles follows the 5150-style Anti 1992 and the Plexi-inspired Lion '68 Super Lead Amp in the UAFX line¹.
