Wampler announced the Collective series on December 2, 2022, comprising the Triumph Overdrive and the Phenom Distortion, both priced at $99.9912.
The Phenom is a distortion pedal that, per Wampler, "uses JFET based clipping instead of Op-amp and Diode based clipping" and is "loosely based on the legendary '5150' style tones"1. Wampler says the fets are driven much as tubes are cranked to overdrive an amplifier, "courtesy of a unique Brian Wampler circuit design"1. It has Volume, Gain and 3-band EQ controls and a voicing switch for Bright or Classic modes1. MusicRadar describes the switch as selecting between Classic and Bright voicings, the latter giving "a bit more bight," the former a smoother sound2. Gearnews describes the switch as going between bright and normal modes, and says the pedal is "fundamentally based on the Plextortion circuit but was developed from scratch using JFETs instead of OpAmps and diodes"3.
Wampler lists the following specifications for the Phenom1:

The Triumph Overdrive was inspired by two of Brian Wampler's favorite overdrive pedals, the Boss SD-1 and the out-of-production DigiTech Bad Monkey Tube Drive, according to MusicRadar2. It offers Punch and Smooth voicings via a toggle switch2. Gearnews reports the Triumph also has a DIP switch with two slide switches that influence the sound3. Both pedals share a five-knob layout with dials for Bass, Middle, Treble, Volume and Gain, and both can run at 9V or 18V DC2.
Wampler's own description of the line:
"Wampler's Collective Series pedals are packed with features for players of all levels. Designed for affordability without compromising on the qualities that epitomize Wampler, every Collective Series pedal allows you to easily dial in rich, fat tones ideal for beginners and professionals alike."
The Phenom was listed as in stock on Wampler's site at $99.991.
