The Caline CP-46 Fuzzy Bear Fuzz guitar effect pedal gives you smooth, classic fuzz sound powered by a vintage germanium transistor. It’s tiny, sturdy, and its fuzz tones punch way above its price point, giving you crunch and dirt highly reminiscent of an Arbiter Fuzz Face or a Hartman Germanium Fuzz. With only two dedicated control knobs for Level and Fuzz, the Caline CP-46 Fuzzy Bear Fuzz is very easy to use and comes with a true bypass feature.

I love buying budget-friendly pedals but not this one. You get plenty of fuzz noise (in the worst way possible), volume drop is also very noticeable, and cranking it up will only make it even noisier. Also, while it’s basically a fuzz face clone, it doesn’t contain germanium transistors.

For how much I paid, Fuzz Bear is a killer pedal. It does a fantastic job of bringing tones out of my Danelectro.
