The Chase Bliss Lost + Found is the maker's first true multi-effect pedal: a compact, dual-footswitch stompbox that serves up off-menu reverbs, delays, modulation, pitch effects, synth effects and lo-fi textures1. Chase Bliss describes it as "our first true multi-effect, a little museum of the rare and strange for you to wander around"2, and the company is blunt that it is not a conventional workhorse: "Lost + Found is not bread + butter"3. It is sold in made-to-order Small Batch runs rather than as a standing catalog item, which shapes how and when you can buy one.
The pedal is built around twelve effects that can be combined, giving 144 effect combinations in total4. Its textures range from phasing resonators to melting synth octaves4, and its reverbs include a shoegaze-inspired Slow-Verb and an Ambient Reverb4. For a player deciding where it fits, it sits closer to the experimental end of multi-effects pedals than to a do-everything gigging unit.
What Lost + Found does: off-menu reverbs, delays, pitch and lo-fi textures
Rather than the standard delay-chorus-reverb lineup, Lost + Found draws on modes inspired by vintage oddities, rare effect types, and a few familiar favorites10. MusicRadar characterized its output as off-menu reverbs, delays, modulation, pitch effects, synth effects and lo-fi textures1. Delicious Audio's product page groups the reverbs into Slow-Verb, a shoegaze-inspired algorithm, and Ambient Reverb4.
The Time knob changes job depending on the mode, which is worth understanding before you dial anything in4:
| Mode category | What the Time knob does |
|---|---|
| Delay modes | Controls the delay length4 |
| Reverb modes | Affects the decay or bloom4 |
| Granular or pitch modes | Influences how grains are stretched or how pitch tracking responds4 |
The two footswitches activate the left and right sides of the pedal separately, and holding down the button on one side activates a freeze effect9. That left/right split is central to how the pedal works in stereo, covered below.
The 2026 firmware adds another layer for players who like the stranger end of the pedal: you can now select between three different voicings for the resonator11.
Power and connections: stereo I/O, MIDI and expression
Lost + Found is a dual stereo design, and users can blend effects across the stereo channels using dual three-way switches4. Its port layout is 9V DC center negative power, EXP/CV, TRS input, MIDI/AUX, and TRS output5. RockBoard's listing, drawing on the maker's product page, gives the power spec as 9V DC center negative at 270mA3; an earlier 2025 report from Guitar Pedal X listed 200mA for the original version5.
At 270mA3, this pedal needs a proper isolated 9V DC output. It is not a candidate for a battery, and a small daisy chain shared with several other pedals may not have the headroom.
Connectivity extends well past the jacks on the sides. The pedal includes MIDI, CV, and Expression control4, which Pedal of the Day grouped among its advanced connectivity and customization options10. Preset management covers 4 onboard presets and 122 via MIDI on the 2026 version4; the original 2025 Collection of Curiosities run had 2 onboard presets10. There is also a 16-position DIP switch on the back panel for deeper tweaks4, the kind of dipswitch customization Chase Bliss pedals are known for4. Players wiring it into a larger rig may also find the MIDI pedals and expression pedals pages useful.
History and versions: Small Batch Bliss, the Zoom RP200 and the black finish
Lost + Found was announced on August 1, 2025 as part of a Small Batch limited release alongside a second-edition Reverse Mode C, with shipping in September and orders due by August 3195. MusicRadar reported it as part of the Small Batch Bliss series, built to order1, and Pedal of the Day identified it as the second pedal in that collection10. Small Batch Bliss exists, in Chase Bliss co-founder Joel Korte's words, because "the big one is that it lets us take chances and make things like Reverse Mode C."8
The design has a personal origin. It was inspired by founder Joel Korte's early experiments with multi-effects, notably the Zoom RP200, his first multi-effect unit49. That lineage shows in the concept: a box of many small, characterful effects rather than one polished engine.
In 2026 the pedal returned in a new black finish, similar to the finish treatment Reverse Mode C received the year before611. Chase Bliss announced the 2026 run alongside a new MOOD-family pedal called BAD MOOD, with both available to order until the end of August117. The 2026 version ships with new firmware that addresses a request from owners: bringing back the overdriven resonator voicing11.
Lost + Found is a Small Batch Bliss release, built to order in a limited run, so once the 2026 order window closed, both BAD MOOD and Lost + Found were no longer available to order11.
What reviewers said
Early coverage was positive about the pedal's character. Guitar Pedal X, reporting on the announcement, called it "a surprisingly potent DSP Multi-FX" that "delivers even greater results than the sum of its component parts!"5. Later in the year, in Guitar Pedal X's roundup of the best new modulation, pitch, utility and multi-FX pedals of 2025, Stefan Karlsson wrote:
"Somewhat overall a left-field selection of algorithms. Sounds gorgeous of course!"7
He noted some parallels to the Poly Effects Trails overall7. Pedal of the Day framed the pedal as Chase Bliss's first true multi-effect and praised its stereo connectivity, saying that "with gorgeous Stereo connectivity on tap, the sounds you create are broadcast in a wide spectrum"10. Delicious Audio described the pedal as a "museum of the rare and strange," offering textures that range from phasing resonators to melting synth octaves4.

Questions
Is the Chase Bliss Lost + Found analog or digital?
It is a digital design with an analog-digital hybrid approach, which is how Delicious Audio described it when covering the pedal. RockBoard's product listing, drawing on the maker's own page, lists the circuit type as digital. The effects themselves are DSP algorithms rather than analog circuits.
How many presets does Lost + Found have?
The 2026 version offers 4 onboard presets and 122 via MIDI, according to Delicious Audio's product page. The original 2025 Collection of Curiosities version had 2 onboard presets, as Pedal of the Day reported, so preset capacity grew with the newer release.
Can original Lost + Found owners get the new firmware?
Yes. Chase Bliss says the firmware that ships with the 2026 version, which restores the overdriven resonator voicing and adds three selectable resonator voicings, is also available to customers who ordered a Lost + Found the previous year. Gearnews reported the same, noting a firmware update for first-version owners.
Is the Lost + Found still available to order?
The 2026 run in the new black finish was made to order with a deadline of August 31, 2026, priced at $399 in the US and €469 including shipping in the EU. Chase Bliss has said Small Batch will not run in 2027, so the pedal is expected to be unavailable for at least a couple of years after that window.
Does the Lost + Found work in stereo?
Yes. It has stereo TRS inputs and outputs, and effects can be blended across the stereo channels using dual three-way switches. The two footswitches activate the left and right sides separately, and holding one down engages a freeze effect.
