The Electro-Harmonix Pico 360+ is a mini looper pedal from Electro-Harmonix, released in 2024 as a Pico-sized version of the company's Nano Looper 360. It packs six minutes (360 seconds) of loop recording time, unlimited overdubs and 11 loop memory banks into an enclosure measuring 3.65 x 2.0 x 2.0 inches1.
What sets it apart from most compact loopers is the Overdub knob. While you layer new parts, it adjusts the volume of the previously recorded loop audio, so older layers can be faded down as you add new ones, or held at full volume. At the middle of its range, Electro-Harmonix says the pedal behaves like a long echo delay1. Guitar World's reviewer called it a slimmed-down version of EHX's 360 looper "with fade out, overdub controls, and it's all housed in an absolutely tiny" format2.
What it does: a six-minute looper in a mini pedal
The Pico 360+ records 360 seconds of looping time divided across 11 memory banks, with unlimited overdubbing on top of the recorded material1. Audio is captured at 24-bit A/D/A conversion with a 44.1kHz sample rate, which Electro-Harmonix describes as high quality, uncompressed audio1. The pedal also offers an adjustable loop fadeout time of 1 to 10 seconds for smooth transitions between loops4.
Because it is a mini pedal, the single footswitch carries most of the work. A press handles loop record, playback and overdub; holding the switch down covers undo, redo and erase13. Two LEDs tell you where you are: the RPD (Rec/Play/Dub) LED lights red when recording a new loop or overdubbing and green during playback, while the MEM LED lights solid orange when the selected bank contains audio and stays dark when the bank is empty1.
The controls on top:
| Control | What it does |
|---|---|
| Loop knob | Selects between the 11 loop memory banks; MEM LED flashes when moving between banks15 |
| Loop Level | Sets the output level of your loops3 |
| Dry Level | Sets the level of your dry, unlooped signal5 |
| Overdub knob | Only active in overdub mode; adjusts the volume of previously recorded loop audio while you overdub1 |
| RPD LED | Red when recording or overdubbing, green during playback1 |
| MEM LED | Solid orange when the selected bank holds audio, off when empty1 |
The Overdub knob is the unusual part, and it works like a delay feedback control. At maximum, previous loop audio stays at full volume; at minimum, the loop plays once and is then erased. In between, it progressively reduces the volume of older layers, and at the middle of its range Electro-Harmonix says it turns the 360+ into a long echo delay pedal1. Guitar World described it as setting the feedback level of an overdub, noting that at 50% it lowers previously tracked overdubs by 50%6.
On Premier Guitar's demo video, Chris Kies and Tom from Electro-Harmonix highlighted the Overdub control as something most loopers do not offer7:
"so most Loopers don't do that"

In that demo, the pair pointed to the Overdub control as a unique feature most loopers lack, useful for soundscapes, ambient sounds, call and response playing and as a practice tool7. MusicRadar's Jonathan Horsley noted that EHX itself suggests soundscaping applications, pairing it with fuzz, delay and reverb3. The pedal also supports a user-assigned Overdub/Playback order, so you can choose which mode the pedal enters after you finish recording a loop: Overdub for layering more sounds, or Playback to use the loop as accompaniment3.
Power and connections
There is no room for a battery in the Pico 360+ enclosure, so plan on a pedalboard power supply or the included adapter3.
The pedal runs on 9V DC from a pedalboard power supply, drawing 100mA at 9.0VDC, and Electro-Harmonix includes a 9.6VDC-200mA power adapter in the box13. Gearnews noted that the price point includes the power adapter4.
The audio path is mono, with a single input and output. Input impedance is 2.2MΩ with a maximum input level of +1.5 dBu; output impedance is 680Ω with a maximum output of +2.1 dBu1. Bypass is buffered rather than true bypass1.
Pico 360+ versus Nano Looper 360
The Pico 360+ builds on the simplicity of the Nano Looper 360, which Electro-Harmonix describes as "a compact, affordable, pedal looper with 360 seconds of loop recording time and 11 storable loops!"8. Both pedals share the same core spec: 360 seconds of recording time divided into 11 loops8. The Pico 360+ is the smaller, Pico-sized package4, and it adds the features the Nano lacks: the Overdub control for fading older layers, the adjustable 1 to 10 second loop fadeout, and the undo/redo function145. On the Nano, undo/redo works by pressing and holding the footswitch for one second during playback after an overdub9.
Premier Guitar's review of the Nano Looper found that "Electro-Harmonix's 360 Nano Looper excels on all these counts"10, and the Pico 360+ carries that same feature set forward in a smaller box with the overdub fading added.
What reviewers said
Guitar World's reviewer found the Pico 360+ to be a slimmed-down 360 looper with fade out and overdub controls in a very small housing2. Guitar Pedal X's Stefan Karlsson, writing in a roundup of compact loopers, was more measured on its competitive position against the popular TC Electronic Ditto family:
"I'm not sure that the Pico 360+ is going to take too many sales away from the Ditto+5!"
Stefan Karlsson, Guitar Pedal X5
On price, the sources differ slightly: Electro-Harmonix lists the pedal at $137.701, while Guitar World and Guitar Pedal X both put it at $13852. Gearnews reported the power adapter is included in that price4.

Questions
Does the Pico 360+ take a battery?
No. There is no room for a battery in the Pico-sized enclosure, so it runs from a 9V DC pedalboard power supply. Electro-Harmonix ships a 9.6VDC-200mA power adapter in the box, and the pedal draws 100mA at 9.0VDC.
Is the EHX Pico 360+ stereo?
No. The Pico 360+ is a mono looper with a single audio path. Its input impedance is 2.2MΩ with a maximum input of +1.5 dBu, and its output impedance is 680Ω with a maximum output of +2.1 dBu.
How many loops can the Pico 360+ store?
It has 11 loop memory banks sharing six minutes (360 seconds) of total recording time, with unlimited overdubs on top of whatever you record. The Loop knob moves between banks, and the MEM LED shows which banks hold audio.
What is the difference between the Pico 360+ and the Nano 360?
The Pico 360+ is a smaller, Pico-sized version of the Nano Looper 360 that adds features the Nano does not have, including the Overdub control for fading older layers, an adjustable loop fadeout of 1 to 10 seconds, and an undo/redo function. Both offer 360 seconds of recording across 11 loops.
How do you undo an overdub on the Pico 360+?
Hold the footswitch. A press handles loop record, play and overdub, while holding the same switch gives you undo, redo and erase. The RPD LED lights red while recording or overdubbing and green during playback, so you can see which mode you are in.
