The AC Noises Continua was announced on July 8, 2026, according to Delicious Audio and Guitar Pedal X. Delicious Audio reports it was born from a collaboration between AC Noises and Andrea Degli Esposti from BunkerNoise¹.

Delicious Audio describes the Continua as a stereo dynamic sampler and multi-effect that listens to how hard and how fast the strings are hit and reacts while the player is still playing¹. It captures repeats and processes them in real time, with controls for mix, tempo, pitch, sustain, freeze, glitch, dimension, lo-fi, downsampling, reverb, smear and filter¹. The dry signal stays clean, or it can be routed through the multi-effect section as well¹. Guitar Pedal X places it in the same pedal format as the company's recent Ricorda Granular Reverb².

Guitar Pedal X lists 20 customizable parameters and 16 additional features, with four main knobs and four minor knobs, each with alt parameters, and three 3-way toggle switches². Delicious Audio reports primary and secondary parameters throughout, including sensitivity, threshold, attack, release, stereo spread, lo-fi modulation depth and reverb decay¹. Both outlets report two onboard presets¹². Delicious Audio notes a momentary tilt function, forward or reverse playback, and selectable bypass: buffered with tail, hard bypass, or true bypass¹.

The Continua is a multi-effects pedal by format; Guitar Pedal X also calls it a sample-repeater, glitch and modifier².
