The All-Pedal Devils Triad was announced on September 22, 2022, as a multi-effects pedal built with Jeff Loomis of Nevermore and Arch Enemy1. All-Pedal describes it as a distortion, boost, delay and reverb pedal in one enclosure23.
The circuit has footswitchable overdrive, boost and a combined reverb/delay section in a box roughly the size of two compact pedals, according to Delicious Audio1. The drive is an analog op-amp design with soft clipping, with Level from off to 20 dB and a Tone control that boosts 10 dB or cuts 15 dB at 4 kHz21. The boost is also an analog op-amp, from unity to 20 dB21. The reverb is an analog signal path with a digital plate reverb emulator, with Level, Tone and Decay controls; the delay is an analog signal path with digital repeats, with Level, Feedback and Delay controls, the last running from about 50 ms to 500 ms21. One footswitch turns the reverb and delay on or off1. All-Pedal says the reverb and delay can be routed through an amp's effects loop using separate in and out connectors, and that the pedal can also run as a pedalboard preamp or in front of an amp2. It runs on 9VDC at 160 mA and has no internal battery2.
All-Pedal lists the pedal as hand-built in the USA with a 3-year warranty and a free lifetime upgrade2. No US list price appears in the published material.
"This distinctive distortion/boost/delay/reverb pedal was created in collaboration with the great Jeff Loomis"
