Beetronics announced the Larva Morphing Phaser on November 19, 2024, according to Delicious Audio¹. The maker describes it as "A 6-stage analog phaser, vibee and preamp with morphing capabilities"²³.

The pedal holds two independent phaser settings, each with its own rate and depth controls, and can be used as a straightforward phaser, as two presets, or morphed between them²³. Ramp shape sets the direction of the morph and ramp time sets how fast it moves²³. Guitar Pedal X lists the ramp modes as Phase 1 to 2 stay, Phase 1 to 2 to 1 alternating, and Phase 1 to 2 momentary with immediate return⁴. An effect toggle selects phaser, Vibee or preamp only; Beetronics says Vibee is the wet signal from the phaser modulation, while the phaser combines wet and dry²³. The preamp sits before the modulation circuit and stays active in phaser and Vibee modes²³. The maker says the preamp was "inspired by the classic Moogerfooger line by Moog, which had an amazing preamp"²³.

Beetronics lists tap tempo and dual morphing presets among the features²³. Holding the bypass footswitch reaches an alternate control mode, where Rate 2 becomes a subdivision of Rate 1 and adjusting ramp speed changes the center point of the LFO; the maker says there are 12 subdivisions and that both settings are saved when the pedal is powered off²³. The bypass LED also meters the preamp, turning orange and red as it saturates²³. The pedal is true bypass and accepts line-level or instrument-level signals²³. Beetronics says the aim was a phaser that "works well with any instrument, guitar, bass, keys, rhodes, or synths"³.
