Echo Fix has introduced the EF-P2 Spring Reverb, a compact pedal built around a real three-spring reverb tank, according to the maker's product page¹. The pedal appears in a June 21, 2024 episode of That Pedal Show, which describes it as "surprisingly compact, real spring 'verb"²; Gearnews covered the pedal in August 2023³.

The EF-P2 has an adjustable Spring Drive control, Bass and Treble EQ controls and a Reverb Volume control, the maker says¹. It lists a 100% analog signal path, an illuminated reverb tank viewing window, increased internal power supply voltage rails for greater dynamic range, and soft momentary switching for noiseless bypass and direct mute switching¹. Gearnews also reports a Spring Reverb VU meter indicator on the front panel³. The maker says the pedal accepts audio from synths and other devices, not just guitar, and can be used as an outboard effect in studios¹.

Specifications per Echo Fix¹.

Gearnews reports the pedal is designed and made in Australia and requires a 9 V DC power supply, with mono jack input and output on the rear panel³. It gives a US price of $348.00³. Echo Fix says the pedal ships worldwide one business day from purchase and that for USA customers it covers tariff and customs charges through its courier, with the checkout price all inclusive¹. The maker's page shows the pedal as out of stock at the time of writing¹.

That Pedal Show's episode also covers the Crazy Tube Circuits White Whale V2 and other spring units, and the hosts state their preference for real springs: "We wouldn't choose one over a real spring. Ever."².
