Flower Pedals announced the Lupine dual fuzz, a pedal combining two independent fuzz circuits, on October 30, 2023, when Delicious Audio published its report¹. The maker lists the pedal at a regular price of $199.00 USD².

The Lupine puts an analog octave-up fuzz on the Purple side and a JFET-based fuzz/overdrive on the Cream side². Delicious Audio describes the Purple channel as an updated version of the company's Lupine Analog Octave Up pedal, based on classic octave-up fuzzes such as the Octavia or the Superfuzz, and the Cream channel as a JFET fuzz with "very interactive Input, Output and Bias controls"¹.

The two accounts differ on the Purple side's controls. The maker lists Blend, Level and Gain, with the Gain control new to this version².
