Hologram Electronics announces the Infinite Jets sampling pedal

Hologram Electronics has announced the Infinite Jets, a multi-voice synth pedal that resynthesizes notes and chords using two independent sampling channels¹². Delicious Audio, which described the Knoxville, TN maker as "a small manufacturer," reported on the pedal on October 30, 2022².

The pedal offers four sampling effects: Blur, Synth, Glitch and Swell¹². Blur presets "freeze" the frequencies of a note or chord and remove its original attack and decay, with standard, +1 octave, -1 octave and +/- 1 octave voicings¹. Synth converts the signal into one of two synth sounds using Hologram's DSP algorithms; Glitch chops the signal into looping fragments; Swell applies dynamics processing for volume swells, tremolo and, in Swell B, waveshaping¹.

Two sampling channels, A and B, sustain notes indefinitely¹. In Mono Trigger Mode only one channel sustains at a time; in Poly Trigger Mode both can sustain and overlap; in Manual Trigger Mode either channel is triggered by the A and B footswitches, set to Toggle, Latching or Momentary¹. The pedal carries 10 presets and 2 user save slots, an Envelope Shape control, a Dimension control that changes function per effect, recordable knob movements, an internal LFO and envelope generators, digitally controlled analog drive, tone and dry mix, an analog dry path, an expression pedal input and true bypass switching on an electromechanical relay¹³.

The store page lists dimensions of 7.4 x 4.7 inches and includes a printed user's manual and a center-negative 9V DC power supply³. That page showed the pedal sold out at the time of the report, with no US dollar price listed³. Delicious Audio placed the pedal under the "synth pedal" umbrella and said Hologram's pedals work with any instrument with a line out, synths included².
