Ibanez announced the Layer Delayer LD-303, a stereo delay pedal, in January 2026. Guitar Pedal X reported the pedal on January 13¹, Gearnews on January 12² and Guitar World on January 14³.

The pedal sets delay time as the length of a quarter note and generates delay signals for sixteenth notes and triplets¹. Its repeat section has separate level controls for the first, second, third and fourth sixteenth notes and the second and third triplets, each with up to +3dB of boost and a meter showing repeat strength¹. Gearnews describes the arrangement as separate volumes for all four sixteenth notes of a quarter delay plus two triplets². Guitar World says quarter-note delays are also built in, so the pedal can work as a traditional delay³.

Controls include Mix, a dual-parameter low-pass Filter with resonance and cutoff, Time (40ms to 1,500ms, or locked to a BPM of 40 to 1,500), Feedback, Tone (Tape, Analog, Digital), Pan Speed, Tail Decay and a Line/Instrument level switch¹. Gearnews says switching between the three tone settings is stepless, allowing sounds in between². There are eight pan modes, including wide and narrow versions of triangle, left-to-right, right-to-left and ping pong¹. Three footswitches handle start, bank and preset selection, and tap tempo¹².

The rear panel has right and left/mono quarter-inch inputs and outputs, a send and return effects loop, five-pin MIDI In and Thru, USB-C and a 9V DC input drawing 300mA¹. The pedal measures 175 by 125 by 62mm and weighs 640g¹. It holds 50 presets in five banks, 20 factory and 30 user¹³.

Guitar World reports a US price of $279.99³; Guitar Pedal X gives a manufacturer's advertised price of $279¹. Gearnews reported availability in one to two weeks².
