JHS Pedals releases AT Mini Andy Timmons overdrive at $129

JHS Pedals has released the AT Mini, a compact version of Andy Timmons' signature overdrive, priced at $129.001. The maker states the pedal is the original V1 AT circuit, permanently set to the 100-watt voicing1.
The AT was first released in 2016, according to JHS, which traces it to 2013, when Timmons bought a JHS Angry Charlie and made it his main lead channel1. The AT Mini keeps the four controls of the original: Volume, Drive, EQ and Air1. JHS describes the EQ as a high pass filter that brightens or darkens the overall tone, and the Air control as working like an amp's presence knob1. The pedal has true bypass switching, a 1/4" input on the right and a 1/4" output on the left, runs on 9VDC to 18VDC center negative power and draws 10mA1. It measures 1.96" x 3.93" x 1.21" and is assembled in Kansas City1.
Two features of the larger AT+ are absent. JHS states it removed the wattage toggle and set the voicing to 100 watts, and the independent footswitchable boost channel is not included1. The AT+ remains in the catalog at $219.0012. JHS describes the 100-watt setting as "the open, loud, less-compressed voicing with the most volume and the most amp-like crunch"1.
"This is the same exact circuit as the V1."
Gearnews reports the AT Mini is available to order from Thomann and Sweetwater, with an official MSRP of $129.003. Delicious Audio describes the enclosure as "a (more than) compact, but not quite mini, version" of the AT+4.
The accounts differ on when the Timmons collaboration began. JHS dates the AT's release to 2016 and the Angry Charlie purchase to 201312; Gearnews states the collaboration between Timmons and JHS's Josh Scott began in 20183.
