The Line 6 Helix Stadium Floor is now available to order and on its way to retailers around the world, eight months after it was unveiled1. The Line 6 modeler was announced in June 2025 alongside the larger Helix Stadium Floor XL, which began shipping at the tail end of last year12.
Both units in the multi-effects range use Line 6's Agoura modeling technology, which the company says replaces the HX modeling in the original Helix and offers improved authenticity and accuracy in how amps respond2. Both have an 8 inch touchscreen, WiFi and Bluetooth, a cloud-based cloning engine, and a Hype control that shifts tone between what Line 6 calls "ultra-authentic" and "idealized"2. The Showcase engine can trigger MIDI changes, engage presets, run tracks, recall snapshots, control click tracks and automate lighting and video12.
The Stadium Floor differs from the XL in having no built-in expression pedal, a smaller footprint, no OLED scribble strips, and two each of effects loops, external expression pedal inputs, external amp control outs and drum trigger inputs, where the XL has four of each12. The Stadium Floor is priced at $1,799.99 and the XL at $2,199.992. Line 6 said the XL would be available from autumn 2025 and the streamlined version in winter2; in a September 2025 interview, Chief Product Design Architect Eric Klein said the XL would come at the end of 2025 and the non-XL in early 20263.
Line 6 has said it will bring its Proxy amp, cab and effect cloning feature to the modeler in the future, after a first update in December that followed the XL's launch1. Klein described the platform's intent:
"Helix Stadum's all-new modular platform has been specifically architected to be extensible and updateable for a long, long time"
