The blacked out version of the Walrus Audio Meraki stereo analog delay was released in late 2023 via a Reverb.com special, according to Delicious Audio, which describes it as part of Reverb.com's multi-builder 2023 Blackout Series initiative¹. The stock version looks different, the site says¹.

The pedal is a true stereo analog delay built around eight MN3005 bucket brigade chips, with delay time up to 1200 ms and parallel, ping-pong and series delay modes²³. Gearnews gives the Time control a range of 80 to 1200 milliseconds³. Delicious Audio lists 6 knobs, including separate left and right Feedback controls, 4 toggle switches and 2 footswitches; the other four knobs handle Mix, Time, Tone and Modulation, with Modulation doubling as Modulation Rate when operated while pressing the bypass footswitch¹. Each channel has its own subdivision toggle with quarter note, dotted eighth and eighth note options, and those toggles have an alt function for three waveforms (sine, square and random) and 0-90-180 phase shifting¹. A Sync/Left/Right switch allows the controls to be desynced into two independent delay lines¹. The pedal also has Tap Tempo, Expression Input and MIDI¹; Gearnews lists MIDI In/Thru and an external tempo/expression connection³.

Gearnews reports a US price of $599.00³, and MusicRadar later listed it at $599⁴. Power requirements are given differently: RockBoard lists 9V DC, center negative, at 357mA², while Gearnews states 9V DC, center negative, 500mA, and says Walrus Audio generally recommends an isolated power supply and does not recommend daisy chain supplies³.
