Warm Audio announced the WA-C1 Chorus Vibrato and the Pedal76 compressor pedal on September 24, 2024¹. The WA-C1 is a compact, all-analog recreation of the Boss CE-1 Chorus Ensemble, and the Pedal76 adapts the company's rack-mounted WA76 compressor, itself a recreation of the Universal Audio 1176, into a pedal¹².

The WA-C1 has an always-on analog preamp and switchable chorus and vibrato modes, each with its own Depth and Rate controls, plus a footswitch to toggle between the modes and a second footswitch to bypass or engage the effect¹³. Warm Audio says the separate depth control goes beyond vintage designs that tied intensity to LFO speed and BBD delay time⁴. A Hi-Z switch on the back shifts the voicing from a 1970s character to a brighter 1980s one with added upper-mids and treble⁴¹. Outputs run the pedal in mono or stereo¹. Inside is an Xvive MN3007 BBD chip⁴. Guitar World reports a selectable impedance between 50k ohm and a 1.1M Hi-Z setting, and an internal voltage converter that lets the pedal run on a standard 9V supply while delivering the same internal voltage as the original's 120V mains power².

The Pedal76 uses a FET-driven compression circuit and a CineMag USA transformer¹². It has larger dials for Ratio, Output and Input/Comp and smaller dials for Attack and Release; at ratios of 12:1 or 20:1 it works as a limiter¹. The rear panel carries switchable bypass, a 1/4-inch balanced output with ground lift, input sensitivity controls, high and low gain modes and a pad switch for line level¹. Guitar World reports switchable buffered or true bypass².

Prices differ between reports. Warm Audio lists the WA-C1 at an MSRP of $199⁴, while MusicRadar and Guitar World give $189¹². MusicRadar gives the Pedal76 at $269¹, and Guitar World also reports $269².
