The Way Huge Attack Vector is a two-mode pedal that combines a phaser with an envelope filter, two effects Delicious Audio describes as favored by funk guitarists¹. Delicious Audio called it "the first major pedal release of 2023"¹. Premier Guitar reports a US price of $199.99².

According to Delicious Audio, both effects can follow the LFO and the player's dynamics (envelope), with parameters set through the Speed and Sens knobs, while Range and Feedback knobs control the width of the oscillation and the intensity of the effect¹. Premier Guitar describes the pedal as combining an envelope filter and a phaser and letting players "operate them independently," with three modes selected by a footswitch toggle². The review notes that the modulation frequency "ranges to hyper-fluttery extremes"².

In Premier Guitar's assessment, the phaser "strays most clearly from familiar analog templates" and is "not as classically chewy" as a Small Stone, an Ibanez PT9 or an MXR Phase 90, while the envelope filter in pure mode is "forgiving, agreeable, and easy to work with"². The reviewer writes that switching between the three modes requires reaching down to the pedal, calling it "a small price to pay for more compact dimensions"².

Way Huge's builder's notes describe the pedal as combining "phase shifter and envelope filter" in a compact housing and say it "works great with electric bass as well as guitar"¹.

The Way Huge pedal sits alongside the company's other modulation and filter designs; Tonebox lists it among phaser pedals and filter pedals. Premier Guitar identifies Way Huge designer Jeorge Tripps as the figure behind the pedal and notes its place in the Jim Dunlop family².
