The Bogner Oxford fuzz pedal lets you create fuzz tones ranging from glitchy pandemonium to subtle grit. A Rupert Neve-designed transformer and ferrosilicon transistor combine to achieve uniform, organic-sounding tones with excellent touch sensitivity. The Oxford features Fuzz and Gain switches that enable six fuzz combinations that sound wonderful at any volume. The TightFuzz Pro is built from Amptweaker’s famous TightFuzz distortion pedal. Similar to the standard-sized variant, it boasts several tonal options thanks to the Silicon/Germanium switch, 60’s/70’s tone switch, and Smooth Edge switch. The TightFuzz Pro introduces an auto-bias feature built into the Fuzz control that lets the knob control the nastiest and cleanest distortions using a single control. Unlike most “reissue” fuzz boxes, the Tight control’s addition allows the input of the fuzz circuit to be buffered from your guitar in a compensated fashion.

The N-Fuzz is another Black Cat legacy product first created in limited quantity from 2001 to 2003 and was offered only within the Asian market. The circuit was built on a customized Fuzz Face, with a toggle switch for low and high output. Similar to the original, the new N-Fuzz utilizes N-Channel (NPN) transistors. Black Cat replaced the toggle switch of the original N-Fuzz with a variable bias control pot to make the new version more versatile.
