Catalinbread releases Fuzzrite Mini fuzz pedal
October 17, 2025 · 4 sources

Catalinbread introduced the Fuzzrite Mini on October 17, 2025, a smaller version of its Fuzzrite fuzz pedal. Delicious Audio reported the launch the same day, and Guitar Pedal X reported it alongside a Mini version of the Epoch Boost.
The pedal has two controls. Catalinbread describes Volume as controlling "the output volume of the circuit," and says higher settings will begin to overdrive the amplifier. Depth is described as a blend control that mixes a second transistor gain stage with the first. At minimum, the maker says, the first transistor is heard on its own, "cleanish and fat"; blending in the second brings "voltage-starved, gated sounds; pseudo ring mod-style upper octave harmonics; and, at max settings, a thinner, more aggressive saturated sound." The pedal runs on a 9V DC adapter, center-negative, filtered and regulated1.
Delicious Audio describes the Mini as packing "the exact same circuit" as the original Fuzzrite into a "rugged, pedalboard-friendly enclosure," and calls the sound "buzzy, spitty, and abrasive"2. Guitar Pedal X says the Mini has "the same Volume and Depth controls as its compact sibling"3.
"The heart of the pedal. This knob is essentially a blend control that mixes in a second transistor gain stage with the first."
Guitar Pedal X lists the Mini at $129, against a typical $159 for the compact version, through the Catalinbread webstore3. Delicious Audio gives no price. The original Fuzzrite was priced at $149 when MusicRadar reported its launch in 20154.
The two outlets differ on the control names: Delicious Audio calls the pair "Volume and Fuzz"2, while Catalinbread and Guitar Pedal X call them Volume and Depth13.
