The Amptweaker TightMetal Pro Distortion Effect Pedal is the dual-pedal version of the well-loved TightMetal. Since the TightMetal’s introduction in 2011, Amptweaker customers have requested for a two button variant. Amptweaker surveyed some users who were not pleased with the TightMetal to determine the necessary tone changes. The TightMetal Pro features a Midboost button, two Fat switches, and two Boost knobs. Other features include an adjustable internal input noise gate for more gating, High Gain switch for heavier tones, and Gain, Tight, and Volume controls.

The Amptweaker TightRock Distortion FX Pedal closes the gap between the TightDrive and TightMetal. Its gain range is way higher compared to the TightDrive, and the tone is not as heavy sounding as the TightMetal. The pedal features Gain Boost and EQ switches as well as an inbuilt noise gate which automatically follows the gain control. The mainstay of Amptweaker pedals, Tight control, allows you to get the attack that complements your picking style and guitar.

The TightRock Jr is a high-gain distortion, which can be utilized as a preamp. It features a Tight attack switch and noise gate. The TightRock Jr pedal uses the same circuity and shares many of the tone-tweaking features offered by its bigger counterparts. To achieve its compact size, Amptweaker removed battery switches, lit controls, effects loops, and boost features that are unneeded by some players. Other product features include Fat/Normal/Tight switch to adjust your guitar’s attack, Gain, Tone, and Volume knobs, 9-18VDC operation, and true bypass switching.
