Vick Audio 1861
The 1861 is part of Vick Audio’s Tau collection of classic recreations guitar pedals. It pays homage to the Civil War model fuzzes created in Russia during the early 90s. These fuzz pedals were dubbed the Civil War model due to the distinctive gray and blue color scheme utilized on its graphics. The 1861 is a perfect choice for those who value exceptional bottom end. It works great with both bass and guitar. Similar to other Vick Audio Tau series pedals, the 1861 carries a switch for three midrange options: boost, stock, or flat.

Vick Audio 73 Ram’s Head
The 73 Ram’s Head has more dirt compared to the Black Russian and is smoother than the V1 Triangle. What sets the 73 Ram’s Head apart is the unbelievable sustain it can give you. It has been built for guitarists who want their ax singing like a hummingbird, featuring a delightful violin-esque sustaining sound. You can utilize the Sustain knob to optimize lengthy sustain with some harmonic distortion. Hendrix banked on this BMP for his mellow, seamless, Electric Lady sound.

It also carries a switch for three midrange selections scooped (stock) as well as boosted and flat mids. The Black Russian comes in a powder-coated aluminum chassis.

Vick Audio Hypocenter Delay
The Hypocenter Delay by Vick Audio is built around Princeton Technologies’ PT2399 chip. Though digitally based, the chip is usually utilized to simulate the sound of vintage analog-based delays. That delay will work equally great with a distortion unit before/after it in the pedal chain or a clean guitar signal. The Hypocenter Delay consists of controls for Repeats, Mix, Delay, and Volume. It can deliver up to 450ms delay time with an incredibly low noise distortion and repeats from one repeat to endless repeats.

Vick Audio Mount Pleasant
The Mount Pleasant by Vick Audio is a beautiful-sounding low to medium gain overdrive that works great for rock, blues, and several other applications. Except for the toggle switch, it includes your regular tone and volume gain controls. The tone stack was tweaked from the original unit to provide a more balanced response. It also incorporates a high cut switch to deliver other options. Made in the USA, the Mount Pleasant comes in a powder-coated aluminum chassis.

Vick Audio Overdriver
Vick Audio’s Overdriver is an overdrive virtually similar to the 18V Colorsound Power Booster popularized by Dave Gilmour of Pink Floyd. The sole remarkable difference is the inclusion of volume control, which make the unit more functional. The Overdriver works well with tube amps to deliver an incredibly clean and transparent overdrive at lower gain ranges or a heavy fuzz at maximum gain settings. Couple it with your 73 Ram’s Head to experience Gilmour tone nirvana.

Vick Audio R-Comp
The R-Comp from Vick Audio is a re-creation of the well-loved Ross Compressor. Authentic Ross Compressors were manufactured only for several years in the late 1970s. These units have established a cult-like following but are very elusive and pricey. The R-Comp serves up a response similar to the original Ross units. It opens up your tone at higher sustain settings and boasts a warm, natural-sounding compression at lower settings. Hand-wired and boutique quality, the R-Comp comes in a powder-coated chassis.

Vick Audio Tree of Life
The goal was to build a pedal that captures the best of two marvelous overdrive pedals, the Zen and the OCD version 3. At lower gain setting, the Vick Audio Tree Of Life achieves the dynamic, touch-sensitive, Zen-esque tones that work great with virtually any music style. Transfer to a higher gain setting and the Tree Of Life delivers an OCD-like, responsive, fat overdriven sound. The pedal comes in a powder-coated enclosure with controls for Tone, Gain, and Level.

Vick Audio V-2
The V-2 by Vick Audio is based on the beloved Pete Cornish G-2 distortion, but not an exact reproduction. It is crafted as a true bypass pedal. The input buffer is available when the pedal is engaged not when off. The V-2 is a beautiful-sounding overdrive and distortion circuit with lots of headroom and sustain. At lower sustain settings, it gives you superior overdriven tones with exceptional harmonic. At higher settings, you have full-on singing distortion evocative of the cranked Marshall amp.

Vick Audio V1 Triangle
Revered for its exceptional clarity and raw power, the V1 Triangle by Vick Audio is an incredibly musical distortion with plenty of sustain. The significant drawback of vintage Triangles was their extremely scooped mids. For this classic reproduction, Vick Audio incorporated a three-position toggle switch to let you select your preferred mids profile. The Triangles have slightly more sustain and brightness than most of the later variants that enables it to slice through the mix. The V1 Triangle is extremely articulate for leads while preserving enough crunch for rhythm work or power chords.

Vick Audio Violet Ram’s Head
The Violet Ram’s Head from Vick Audio is perhaps the most distinctive sounding of the 70s style fuzz classic re-creations. It is an incredibly high gain pedal like the early 73 Ram’s Heads and Triangles, but its fuzz features a smoother texture reminiscent of some Russian models. The thing that makes this version special is its higher voicing. The Violet Ram’s Head could be perfect for those individuals with its brighter voicing and smooth, saturated fuzz. It comes in a powder-coated enclosure.
